The diet can be repeated after four days of normal eating (once a week). You can safely repeat the diet as often as you need to attain or maintain your ideal weight.
You will receive a complete menu; breakfast, lunch and dinner for three days with instructions on how to use the diet. The meals consist of simple foods ordinarily found in the kitchen. The diet works by the specific combinations of these foods. the chemical properties of the foods and the way they interact provides a boost to your bodies metabolic rate. This boost allows your body to burn calories on overdrive. That is why the diet can only be done 3 days at a time.
